Summary: We recently just got back from a week stay in Atlanta and stayed at this home. It was updated, extremely clean and well-kept. The home was close to everything...downtown, the aquarium and had an adorable park for our 2 year old a couple streets over. Kevin was very easy to work with! He was on top of every step in the process of booking and made if very smooth and seamless. He checked in with us several times to see if we needed anything as well. We will definitely be staying at this home again in the future!

Summary: Wonderful Experience!  We rented this home for a week over New Years and it was perfect.  The location is very centrally located with easy access to downtown Buckhead, Sandy Springs, and Atlantic Station areas among others.  The family neighborhood is safe and relaxed, it is nicely tucked into the middle of everything but feels miles away.  The home is beautifully renovated with a clean modern style that keeps a warm cozy feel.  Amazing kitchen and amenities.  The owner has taken the care to make sure every detail is in place.  From wonderful kitchen utensils and coffee and tea pot to bedding and pillows and bath accessories.  The home is move in ready and we really wanted to stay longer!   We were greeted by the concierge who gave us the tour and made sure we were all settled in.  We were happy upon entering that it was even more beautiful than the pictures!  There was a bottle of wine, tea, and a few cold beers in the fridge to welcome us, which was perfect after a long day of traveling.  Both the owner and concierge were easy to contact and truly cared to make sure we were settled and if there was anything they could do for us.    It was easy to tell that the owner has a passion for providing the best experience and a beautiful space for his clients.  We appreciated the chance to stay here and would recommend this property 100%

Summary: I had a fantastic experience staying at Kevin's home in Midtown Atlanta. The house has been recently remodeled so everything is spotlessly clean and brand new. The kitchen is filled with high-end appliances and is stocked with everything you could ever need during your stay. The living room boasts two large, comfortable couches and a huge TV (with a big cable package including HBO) that is also a smart TV so you can log into your Netflix or Amazon accounts as though you are at home. There is also a big smart TV in the master bedroom. Kevin's wifi is FAST which was perfect for me. The three bedrooms (two queen and one with two twin beds) are light and airy and the beds are very comfortable with high quality bedding. There is plenty of closet space so you can comfortably unpack and feel at home. The back yard is picturesque, large and enclosed, so if you have kids it's ideal to let them run off some steam, plus there are two attractive balconies to sit out on in the warm Atlanta evenings. The house is ideally located at the end of a nice residential street so there is no busy through traffic. Although it is just five minutes from Midtown there was no noise at night in the neighborhood which meant I always got a good night's sleep. Kevin was an excellent host who made me feel very welcome. I had a couple of requests which he was only too happy to accommodate. Staying in his house was like staying in a luxury hotel with all the comforts of home. I stayed here for three months with work, and I expect to work in Atlanta again. I will certainly be in touch with Kevin as I would love to return to this property.
